ABOUT COACH MEL

Mellissa Stanton aka Coach Mel is a highly experienced strength and conditioning coach with an emphasis on human movement.

 

Her coaching background is built from a a solid foundation of programs such as: Girls Gone Strong (pre and post-natal exercises for women), The Brookbush Institute (CPT, HMS), ISSA (CPT), NASM (FTS), as well as participating and collaborating in workshops held by greatest names in the industry.

 

Her passion for helping others is emphasized by a simple belief: Create lasting-healthy habits, lift heavy, move better, and enjoy and a pain-free life.
