Personal Consultation

My Personal Consultation brings together my expert, evidence-based approach to health with the personal attention you need from a fitness coach. Together, we will create a plan to help you reach your goals.

Step Two

Personal Assessment

During the assessment I will observe the way your body moves. We will meet on Zoom and I will have you perform different movements. The data gathered will give me information need to write your workouts so you get the most out of your sessions.

LIVE Online Private Personal Training

  • Private LIVE Training - The session is is private and one-on-one.

  • You decide how many days we meet on ZOOM for LIVE training sessions. 

  • 2-4 days per week is the average per week. 

  • 1-2 additional days of ‘homework’ is given to do at your own convenience.

  • Training sessions last between 45-70 minutes. 

  • You will be given a personalized 4 week program based on your goals. Everyone has different goals so your workouts should reflect that.

  • You may need to purchase a few pieces of equipment to get you started. Total is about $100 and all on Amazon. 

  • Nutrition advice is given when requested but I won’t push eating habits on anyone. I will encourage options that will help you reach the goals that you set in place for yourself, but I will never make you feel guilt for living your life.
